Pina Manoni-Rennick has been a professional Canadian contemporary artist for over 30 years. Born in Bassano Romano, Italy, she moved to Ottawa, Canada, with her family in 1965. She currently paints in her studio as a member of The Loft Artists collective. Primarily self-taught, Pina works with acrylics, creating layers of colour and texture. She is known for her vibrant and energetic approach to Canadian landscapes and forest scenes. Pina studied Visual Arts at Algonquin College and attended various workshops with national and international artists, such as Alex Powers and Karla O’Connor.
