Peg is an Ottawa based artist who takes many of her ideas and themes from the world she encounters: found shapes, shadows, lines. She interprets them in a non-representational and abstract manner, often scratching and scraping through layers of paint to “sculpt “ her images. She has been very involved with Ottawa Mixed Media Artists (OMMA) and her work has been featured in several galleries and events in the Ottawa area and is in private collections across Canada and the US.
