우리집 뒷마당에는 작은 옥수수 밭이 있었다. 가끔 우리집에 있는 닭 한마리가 낮게 매달린 잘익은 옥수수를 쪼아 먹곤 했는데, 난 그를 “배고픈 놈 “라고 불렀다.
