Doug Peaker was a CBC designer and artist in Ottawa. He helped create the physical signage for the famous Le Hibou Coffee House at 521 Sussex Drive St. in 1965. He later create works in the partially abstract landscape genre. This piece is a view from Wakefield a village in Quebec, close to Ottawa.
