"This series has been painted together. My reaction to all of the thunder in the news today, the way I am feeling about myself and my children. When I am looking at TV lately, this is a reaction.
This painting depicts heros who are willing to die for Black emancipation - in Africa and here. Douglas, Mandela, Dr. King they all risked there lives in order to get some of our rights recognized." H. K.
